One of our longstanding clients is a global manufacturer of office products and home appliances. In order to fulfill legal requirements for distribution on the EU market, our client must translate their operating manuals into multiple languages.
The Challenge
Our client requires a fast and efficient process in order to distribute technical operating manuals world wide. To ensure that their safety regulations meet all required standards, the technical translations must be absolutely accurate. Due to the extensive volume of technical information being conveyed, Translation Plus has to ensure that translation and editing are performed by translators with a thorough understanding of the industry and outstanding linguistic skills. In addition, the file format that the manuals are sent to TP in is not the most suitable package for typesetting. Therefore, translating the documents and returning them in their original format has been a highly complex process.
