Cultural Diversity Awareness Workshops

We strive to help our clients build successful relationships with the many ethnic communities in the U.S. and abroad. We develop analyses of ethnic groups so clear and concise that it allows our clients to create effective marketing strategies that generate revenues in markets that often are ignored because of perceived language and cultural barriers. We accomplish this by uncovering what is most appealing and what is most offensive to a given ethnic segment. As such, we evaluate the look and overall theme of a marketing campaign, which includes colors, graphics and text (word evaluations). The resulting recommendations allow our clients to develop their material in a manner that is culturally acceptable.

Translation Plus offers full-cycle cultural and translation services The process starts by asking a series of questions in order to determine the client's objectives. Then a team consisting of native speakers from the target country reviews the proposed marketing materials and writes an analysis that outlines the strengths and weaknesses of the campaign for the targeted ethnic community. Once this core analysis is completed, a multinational senior project manager working in the target market contributes his business expertise and makes recommendations to ensure accuracy and consistency. Lastly, our clients review and approve our recommendations and we then proceed with the translation.
